PREPARATION DIRECTIONS


FRYING

1. Heat oil in a deep fryer or a frying pan and bring it to boil.

2. Fry one pappadam at a time  by completely immersing the pappadam for 3-5 seconds, or until the pappadam is fully fried.

3. Remove pappadams carefully from the hot oil using tongs and strain off excess oil.


CAUTION: Please take care while preparing around boiling hot oil.


MICROWAVE

1. Place the pappadam in the microwave. 

2.  Cook for 10-15 seconds on high setting.

3. Ensure the pappadams are fully done, including the edges. 


Note : Frying and Microwave times may vary depending on the temperature of the oil and the microwave appliance. These times are a guide only.

Blackgram Flour (Urid Flour) (88%), Salt, Rice Flour, Cumin (2%), Raising Agent (170), Coconut Oil.
