PREPARATION DIRECTIONS


Thaw samosas in the microwave on high heat: 

2 Samosas - 30 seconds

3 Samosas - 45 seconds

4 Samosas - 60 seconds


Oil Frying: 

1. Preheat oil to about 180°C

2. Fry the microwaved samosas in oil for 4 to 5 minutes or until it turns golden brown. 

3. Take care while handling as the samosas will be very hot.


Oven:

1. Preheat oven to 200°C (fan forced).

2. Remove product from packaging and place onto a lined baking tray.

3. Place tray into oven, directly onto the middle rack and cook for 12-20 minutes (for 4-8 samosas respectively), and rotate half way.


Product must be fully cooked before eating. Heating times and temperatures are a guide only as appliances may vary between brands. Allow to stand for 1-2 minutes after preparation.


Chutney Preparation:

Place the chutney pouch in the microwave and heat it on a high setting for 40 to 60 seconds, or until there are no lumps of ice. Decant it into a bowl and serve. Enjoy the Samosas with the chutney.

Potatoes (37%), Refined Wheat Flour, Water, Palm Oil, Green Peas (5%), Onion Paste, Rice Flakes, Ginger Paste, Salt, Chilli Paste, Black Salt, Sugar, Sunflower Oil, Carrom Seeds, Coriander Leaves, Coriander Powder, Raw Mango Powder, Soy Lecithin, Fennel Seeds, Tumeric, Cumin Powder, Garam Masala and Red Chilli Powder. 


Tamarind Chutney Ingredients:

Water, Sugar, Jaggery, Tamarind (6%), Spices, Preservative (211).
