Adzuki Beans, also known as “azuki” or “aduki” beans, are small, crimson red legumes with a mildly sweet flavor and creamy cooked texture.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Place 1 cup beans, 4 cups water and 1 tsp salt in the pot of a multi-cooker. 
  • Set the valve to sealing. 
  • On manual setting and high pressure, set for 20–25 minutes. 
  • Natural release the pressure for 20 minutes; drain well. 
  • You can use it in further preparation for salads, curries and other accompaniments.
