Eyeing a lazy evening with a mocktail in hand and soulful snacks?

Try our Kushi Lychee Lemonade mocktail.

Instructions

  1. Pour  ¼ cup of Kushi lychee drink from the bottle

  2. Mix the lychee puree, lemon juice, water and sugar

  3. Stir till sugar dissolves.

  4. Pour Lychee lemonade in glasses topped with some ice cubes

  5. Serve immediately.

CHEF KATOOMBA’S TIP:

While serving the mocktail, you can also garnish with few sprigs of mint leaves & lemon slices.
Best enjoyed with Katoomba Punjabi Samosa topped with Katoomba Green chutney!
